To provide a high quality education for all students
Parents/Guardians: Make your appointment now to enroll your child and/or update your address. If your address has changed or you need to complete an affidavit of residence for the 2020 – 2021 school year, please do not wait until orientation (August 20) or the first day of school (August 24) to complete these processes. Students will not be added to class lists and will not be enrolled in school until all paperwork is received and approved. In accordance with social distancing guidelines, we cannot have groups of people in the office. You must make your appointment ahead of time.
Acceptable proofs of residences include:
- Current apartment rent receipt of home lease agreement, mortgage document, or property tax record
- Current utility bill (electric, gas, water), cable, or home phone bill
- Current Florida driver’s license, automobile registration, or automobile insurance
- Current voter registration document or State of Florida identification card
- Proof of current government benefits (disability, Medicare, food stamps or Department of Children and Families (DCF) correspondence)
*Each proof must include the name and current address (dated within 60 days or unexpired). Post office boxes, private mail box addresses or commercial establishment addresses are not sufficient.
Affidavit of Residence documentation requires that the parent/guardian have one proof and the homeowner or lease holder have a separate proof of residence. Please call the school at (863) 499-2950 to schedule an appointment today!
